Do you use a liquid spray? Yes, first we apply a deep cleaning solution that loosens up the dirt, grime, oils, and bacteria. Do you use pressure? We use a contained high pressure water to penetrate the toughest areas in a contained dome. We can adjust the pressure up to 3000 PSI depending on the surface. Is there heat used? We use 200+ degrees of heat to remove the toughest grime and dirt. Does it leave a mess? Our process removes the soil and dirty water off of your floors through vacuum extraction hose so there is virtually no mess to clean up. Will it damage my grout? We always inspect the grout to make sure there are no weak or problem areas that would be of concern with the high pressure. If there are problems we lower the pressure, and can fix your grout if need be. Should I seal my tile and gout? Yes, you should after your floor is cleaned. I live in a three story condo, can you do it? Yes, we have a portable unit that can go just about any where.
